This is my little gremlin⦠and the only dog in a house full of cats.
Casper is a Pomchi (Pomeranian x Chihuahua), but Iām still not entirely convinced he knows heās a dog. Heās grown up surrounded by cats, copies everything they do, curls up beside them like he belongs, and gives me the same unimpressed look when I ask him to move.
Heās got a big personality packed into a very small body, a lot of sass, a lot of attitude, and a bark that suggests he thinks heās much bigger than he is. Heāll try to boss the cats around one minute⦠and look completely innocent the next.
But underneath all of that, heās the gentlest little soul.
Heās been by my side through so many ups and downs, especially on the days when anxiety or sadness feels heavy. Somehow, he just knows. Heāll nudge my hand, stay close, or curl up on my lap like a quiet reminder to breathe.
Thatās the thing about animals⦠they donāt need words to show love. They are love.
Casper is chaos, comfort, loyalty, and love all rolled into one tiny, fluffy body, and I honestly donāt know what Iād do without him š
Do your pets just know when you need them too? š¾
