Our sweet little Russian hamster, Pickles, graced our lives from 12th June 2022 to 23rd August 2024. Despite her health challenges, Pickles proved to be such a good girl, demonstrating remarkable resilience throughout her life. She consistently impressed us with her ability to take her daily medication without fuss, a testament to her gentle nature.
Pickles was a bundle of joy, always eager for affection. Her favourite pastime was undoubtedly receiving tummy tickles, which never failed to elicit adorable squeaks of delight. When it came to food, Pickles was a true connoisseur, with a particular fondness for sunflower seeds. Her tiny paws would grasp each seed with surprising dexterity, a sight that never ceased to amuse and warm our hearts.
As we bid farewell to our furry friend, we can’t help but reflect on the immense joy she brought into our lives. Pickles, you will be sorely missed, but we take comfort in knowing you’re now at peace. Rest peacefully, little one, and thank you for the memories we’ll cherish forever.
